Legendary Outfitters Hunting Waiver & Release of Liability

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that hunting and outdoor activities inherently involve certain risks, hazards, and dangers that cannot be eliminated, including but not limited to:

• Handling and discharging firearms.
• Harsh or unpredictable weather conditions.
• Encounters with wild or domestic animals.
• Physical exertion, rough terrain, water hazards, and other environmental conditions.
• Transportation by vehicle, boat, ATV, or on foot in remote areas.

I understand and accept that these risks may result in injury, illness, permanent disability, or even death.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with hunting, lodging, and related activities with Legendary Outfitters, whether or not described above, and accept full responsibility for my own safety and well-being.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in hunting and related activities with Legendary Outfitters, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Legendary Outfitters, its owners, guides, employees, landowners, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of any loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur while participating in these activities, including but not limited to those caused by negligence.

I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Legendary Outfitters and its affiliates against any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) that may result from my participation in these activities.

In the event of injury or illness, I authorize Legendary Outfitters to obtain medical treatment for me and agree to pay any associated costs. I certify that I am physically fit to participate in hunting activities and have no medical condition that would prevent me from doing so safely.

I agree to follow all hunting laws, firearm safety protocols, and guide instructions at all times. Failure to do so may result in immediate removal from the hunt without refund.

I grant Legendary Outfitters permission to use photographs, video, or audio recordings taken during my hunt for promotional and marketing purposes.
