Harvest of the Month Committment

My school/school district district/early education center/university/hospital agrees to source and menu the featured local Harvest of the Month food at least twice per month. We will complete Harvest of the Month program surveys and will share our Harvest of the Month experience by contributing at least one item (such as a recipe for cafeteria or home, photo from an event, educational activity, success story, etc.) to Mass. Farm to School.

Team Members

Harvest of the Month is most successful when a team of advocates is supporting the program in the cafeteria/dining hall, classroom, and community! Please provide the names and contact information of additional people who will support the implementation of Harvest of the Month and serve as liaisons to the larger community. We require (at least) one team member to be listed. We suggest Administrators, Educators, and Health & Wellness staff. You are also welcome to include additional advocates (i.e., school garden coordinators, key food service staff, and parent teacher organization leaders).
