SYFI Pop Fest 2027 Vendor Application

SYFI POP FEST is committed to providing a welcoming, safe, inclusive, and family-friendly environment for all attendees, exhibitors, artists, guests, volunteers, staff, and venue personnel. Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and courteous manner throughout the event. All vendors must treat attendees, fellow vendors, special guests, volunteers, event staff, and venue employees with dignity and respect. Harassment, discrimination, bullying, intimidation, threats, verbal abuse, or physical altercations will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Vendors are expected to maintain a clean, organized, and professional booth and present themselves in a manner appropriate for a family-friendly event. Booths, displays, costumes, signage, music, demonstrations, and merchandise must be suitable for guests of all ages and may not contain obscene, sexually explicit, hateful, discriminatory, or excessively graphic content. Vendors must conduct business honestly and ethically, accurately represent the products they sell, and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including tax requirements and intellectual property laws. The sale of counterfeit, bootleg, stolen, illegal, or prohibited merchandise is strictly forbidden. Disruptive behavior, including excessive noise, unauthorized announcements, blocking aisles, aggressive sales tactics, or any activity that interferes with neighboring vendors or the enjoyment of attendees, is prohibited. Vendors must promptly comply with all reasonable instructions from event management, security personnel, volunteers, and venue staff. Smoking, vaping, illegal drug use, or being under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances while operating a vendor booth is prohibited. SYFI POP FEST reserves the right to require the removal of any merchandise, display, or promotional material deemed inconsistent with the event’s family-friendly standards. Event management also reserves the right to suspend or remove any vendor whose conduct is determined to be unsafe, disruptive, unprofessional, or in violation of these policies. Vendors removed for policy violations may forfeit their booth space and fees and may be prohibited from participating in future SYFI POP FEST events. Submission of a vendor application and participation in SYFI POP FEST constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these Professional Conduct and Vendor Code of Conduct policies.
