Release: Submission of this form releases Friends of Collier Park & Collier Park Logging Museum and its officers, agents and volunteers from any and all claims from injuries, damage, or loss during the event on October 24, 2026. You agree that you and any passengers are voluntarily taking part in the event and as a result will assume all responsibility for yourself, passengers, and property.
