Model Release Agreement
Before we can use your photo and/or video content, we need your consent to use the materials for promotional purposes. Please read the following grant of rights carefully.
FOR GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, I hereby grant to the San Francisco Bay Area Water Emergency Transportation Authority and its successors, assigns, licensees, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, “WETA”), the perpetual, unlimited, worldwide, absolute, irrevocable right and permission to use any and all pictures, portraits, photographs, film, video, audio, or other transcripts, depictions, or recordings of me or in which I may be included, in whole or in part, on the date(s) set forth above, in any and all forms and media and in all manners, including without limitation composite or distorted representations, whether produced by standard photographic or film/video techniques or by computer or other means, in conjunction with my name (or with a fictional name or no name) (individually and collectively, the “Images”), for advertising, trade, or any other lawful purposes. I further grant to WETA any intellectual property rights I may have in the Images, including without limitation copyright, and I agree that WETA may seek copyright registrations in or relating to the Images in its own name. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished versions of the Images, their use, or any printed, audio, or other material that may be created or used in connection therewith. I hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless WETA and any person retained by WETA to use, create, or work on the Images from any liability whatsoever in connection therewith, or otherwise relating to the Images, and any current or future use thereof, including without limitation any and all claims based on defamation or the rights of privacy or publicity. I warrant that I am of full legal age and can legally enter into this agreement, or if I am a minor, that my parent or guardian consents to and approves of this agreement on my behalf, as indicated by signature below. I have read this agreement prior to its execution and am fully familiar with its contents.
