2027 INWAC Caravan — My Private Idaho

Wild Rivers. Mountain Roads. Gem State Memories.
June 9–24, 2027

Join us for year two of this popular caravan as we take the scenic route through some of Idaho’s most spectacular landscapes. Our journey begins along the Snake and Clearwater rivers before winding through the Salmon River Canyon, the mountain communities of Cascade and Stanley, the breathtaking Sawtooths, historic Blackfoot, and on to the turquoise waters of Bear Lake.

Along the way, we’ll enjoy opportunities for white water rafting, jet boating, hiking, hot springs, scenic drives, local dining, campfires, and plenty of time to relax with fellow Airstreamers. More than a road trip, My Private Idaho is a chance to experience the wild beauty of the Gem State, share new adventures, and build lasting friendships—one beautiful stop at a time.

Best of all, the caravan will end just one day before the ACI International Rally begins in Rock Springs, Wyoming—just a hop, skip, and a jump away!

REGISTRATION INFORMATION: 

There is a maximum of 10 spaces available with registration remaining open until all spaces are filled. Registration requires a $500 deposit to be confirmed on the 'go list'. The remainder of the fees will be due December 9, 2026.

Deposit Required

This caravan requires each Airstream to prepay $500 to hold your spot. This deposit can be paid directly to INWAC via PayPal or Venmo during the registration process, or by check. The total cost of the caravan is $1367 (2ppl) or $1297 (1per) and the remaining balance is due on or before December 9, 2026.

Cancellation Information (Cancellation Fee Policy)

If cancelling, a fee of $100 plus any non-recoverable expenses will be withheld.

PayPal or Venmo

You will be directed to PayPal or Venmo when you hit the Payment Method buttons below. The amount charged will be as shown above. You can use either your Paypal account or Venmo.

If you want to use a credit card, then choose the Debit or Credit Card Button after selecting PayPal. A pop-up screen will appear where you will enter payment details. After entering your payment details and address, be sure to slide the “Save info & create your PayPal account” to the “off” position. This will take you directly to a “pay now” button.

Pay-by-Check

The Rally Host / Co-Host will be sent your 'Pay-by-Check' $500 deposit request. They will contact you and provide the information on where to send and address the check required for this caravan. They can also talk with you about other payment options not covered by Paypal, Venmo, or Credit Cards.
