  • NOTE: Our pricing tiers are intended as a starting point to help you determine the general level of trophy you'd like to create. They are not strict packages or limits. Custom designs can be adjusted to fit your event, quantity, and priorities. If you're between tiers or aren't sure where your project fits, that's completely fine. Give us your best estimate and we'll help determine what makes the most sense.

    • DEPOSIT: A 50% deposit is required to begin the project. The remaining balance is due when the order is completed and ready for delivery, pickup, or shipment. Order will not ship or be released for pick up until payment is made in full.
    • PLAN AHEAD: Trophy orders should be placed at least 8 weeks before the event date to allow adequate time for design, approval, fabrication, finishing, and delivery.
      RUSH ORDERS: Orders placed less than 8 weeks before the event are subject to a 10% rush charge per week short of the 8-week lead time, based on the final project total. Rush orders are subject to availability and cannot always be accommodated.
    • TAXES & SHIPPING: All prices shown are before applicable sales tax and shipping/delivery charges. These costs will be added to the final invoice where applicable.
    • PRICING IS A GUIDE: Tier pricing is intended to provide a general starting point for budgeting. Final pricing is determined by the specific design, size, materials, finishes, quantity, and complexity of your project.
    • MINIMUM QUANTITIES: Pricing may be adjusted if the minimum order quantity required for a quoted design is not met. Small quantities may require additional setup, design, or production costs.
    • DESIGN REVISIONS: Each project includes a reasonable number of design revisions during the approval process. Significant revisions requested after a design has been approved (or substantial changes resulting from board, committee, or third-party approvals) may be billed additionally based on the time and materials required.
    • VERBAGE & SPELLING: Artwork will be printed with names, verbage, logos, sponsors, and other details as provided by the customer. K2 Fabrication is not responsible for errors provided by the customer.
    • CUSTOM WORK: Every trophy is individually designed and fabricated. Final appearance may vary slightly from reference photos, renderings, or previous examples due to material characteristics and the handmade nature of the work.
    • CHANGES AFTER APPROVAL: Changes to quantities, designs, materials, or specifications after production has started may result in additional charges and may affect the delivery date. Changes are not guaranteed.
    • EVENT DATE: Providing an event date does not guarantee availability. Your production slot is secured once the required deposit has been received and the project has been scheduled.
