  • NOTE: Once your form is submitted, entries are grouped by submission date (not time) and then randomly selected for housing assignments. This ensures that accommodations are assigned fairly and consistently.

    All non-N.C. Baptist partnering churches and out-of-state churches must wait until Nov. 1, 2026 to submit the registration form.

    • Cottage: Bunk rooms with double (full) bedrooms for some adult leaders. Kitchen included for cooking your own meals. 

    • Sandpiper Cottage: Bunk rooms with double (full) bedrooms for some adult leaders. Minimum 76; maximum 115. Kitchen included for cooking your own meals.

    • Hotels: Rooms have twin over double bunks to provide separate sleeping space per person. Meals included at our cafeteria.

    • Residence: Bunk rooms with double (full) beds for some adult leaders. No kitchen. Meals included at our cafeteria.

    • Seagull or Pelican: Bunk rooms with double (full) beds for some adult leaders. Buildings opened in 2020 as part of Holbrook Village. Minimum 44; maximum 52. No kitchen. Meals included at our cafeteria.

    • Barracks: Bunk beds only, in large open rooms. Multiple churches may share rooms. Meals included at our cafeteria.

    • Note: After all forms are processed, you will either receive an emailed contract from Fort Caswell or a mailed waitlist letter. If your group is placed, a non-refundable registration fee will be assessed at a rate of $25 per person. This fee will go towards your overall balance and will be due within 60 days of receiving your contract. Failure to submit this registration fee by the due date will result in your reservation being cancelled.

      A non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit is half the cost of lodging and meals plus the full program fee. This amount will be indicated on your contract and is due by Jan. 15, 2027. Failure to submit this deposit by the due date will result in your reservation being cancelled and loss of registration fee payment.

      All prices shown are per person. Meal tickets are included except for groups staying in a cottage. Groups staying in cottages are responsible for their own meals. If you have any questions, please call Fort Caswell reservations staff at (910) 278-9501.
