• Trade Village EOI – 2027 Ranvet Pony Club Australia National Championships

  • The 2027 Ranvet Pony Club Australia National Championships will be held at Werribee Park National Equestrian Centre, Victoria, from 25–29 September 2027.

    Pony Club Australia is inviting expressions of interest from businesses interested in joining the event trade village. Pricing and final site availability are still being confirmed.

    Pony Club Australia is committed to providing children and young people with a safe environment, free from abuse, harm and inappropriate behaviour. Representatives of businesses or organisations participating in the trade village may be required to complete appropriate screening and integrity education before attending the event. These requirements help ensure everyone involved understands their responsibilities and supports Pony Club Australia’s safeguarding commitments.

  • Important information

    • Trade village spaces include your marquee only. They do not include furniture, flooring or other equipment.
    • Hire equipment, if required, may be booked directly through A3 Event Hire on 0428 758 959. 
    • Power will be available from the first day of trading. One 10amp lead will be provided.
    • All trade businesses and vendors, whether indoors or outdoors, must hold occurrence-based public liability insurance for at least $20 million and provide a certificate of currency when their booking is confirmed.
    • Exhibitors must hold workers’ compensation insurance where required by law for their employees.
    • Exhibitors must comply with all relevant legislation and hold any permits, licences and approvals required for their activities.
    • Exhibitors must follow directions from Werribee Park National Equestrian Centre and the 2027 Championships organising committee.
    • Exhibitors may occupy only their allocated site. A trade village map and bump-in information will be provided before the event.
    • Werribee Park National Equestrian Centre and the 2027 Championships organising committee are not responsible for exhibitors’ stock or belongings. Exhibitors are responsible for securing and insuring their property.
