NOTICE TO PARTICIPANTS, PARENTS & LEGAL GUARDIANS: This document is a legally binding contract. By signing this agreement (or submitting electronically), you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation for yourself and/or your minor child(ren), and you relinquish certain legal rights, including the right to sue Bubble Boss Events L.L.C., its owners, members, managers, employees, operators, venue owners, event sponsors, and agents.
1. INDIVIDUAL PARTICIPANT ASSUMPTION OF RISKS
The undersigned adult participant or parent/legal guardian of minor participant(s) acknowledges and understands that participating in a foam party and related arena activities ("The Activity") involves inherent physical and environmental risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken. Specific risks voluntarily assumed include, but are not limited to:
• Minor Injuries: Scratches, cuts, bruises, sprains, strains, slipping, falling, and skin or eye irritation.
• Major Injuries: Joint, back, or neck injuries; concussions; eye injuries or loss of sight; heart stress; broken bones; and allergic reactions (despite the use of dermatologist-tested, hypoallergenic foam solution).
• Catastrophic Injuries: Permanent paralysis, brain damage, or accidental drowning/death.
• Environmental & Premises Hazards: Slips, trips, or falls on wet surfaces, concrete, artificial turf, or grass; reduced visibility due to foam depth; accidental contact or collisions with other participants or equipment; standing water or surfactant liquid runoff; and weather effects including high heat and humidity.
HEALTH DISCLOSURE & ADVISORY: The Activity involves physical exertion, wet conditions, reduced visibility, and active movement. Participation is NOT RECOMMENDED for individuals who are pregnant, or who have pre-existing heart, respiratory, back, neck, joint, or athletic conditions. Anyone with these conditions choosing to participate assumes all heightened risks of injury.
2. PARTICIPANT SAFETY CODE & MANDATORY RULES
All participants must strictly abide by the following safety rules at all times. Operators reserve the right to remove any participant immediately without warning for failure to comply:
1. WALK, DO NOT RUN: Running, pushing, shoving, wrestling, or rough play in or near the foam or arena is strictly prohibited.
2. NO DIVING OR FLIPS: Diving head-first into foam, performing flips, or dropping to the ground head-first is strictly forbidden to prevent head and neck injuries.
3. NO FIGHTING OR AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR: Throwing foam directly into others' eyes, face-smothering, or physical altercations will result in immediate removal.
4. NO OPEN WATER / POOL ENTRY: Running directly from the foam play area into a swimming pool or open body of water is strictly prohibited.
5. FOOTWEAR & OBJECTS: High heels, spiked shoes, sharp objects, jewelry, eyeglasses, or hard toys are forbidden in the foam zone. Bare feet, athletic shoes, or water shoes only.
6. EQUIPMENT CLEARANCE: Participants must not touch, climb on, or tamper with foam cannons, blowers, electrical cords, water hoses, or barriers.
7. NO INTOXICATION: No person under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or intoxicating substances may enter the foam zone.
8. PARENTAL SUPERVISION: Parents and legal guardians must maintain continuous line-of-sight supervision over their minor children at all times during the event.
3. WAIVER, RELEASE OF LIABILITY & COVENANT NOT TO SUE
In consideration for being permitted to enter the foam play zone and participate in activities provided by Bubble Boss Events L.L.C., I (for myself, my minor child/ren, my heirs, personal representatives, and assigns) hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Bubble Boss Events L.L.C., its managers, members, employees, event operators, property owners, event organizers, and sponsors from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of personal injury, illness, death, or property damage/loss sustained during or as a result of participation, whether caused by ordinary negligence or otherwise.
4. OPERATOR AUTHORITY, GOVERNING LAW & SEVERABILITY
• Operator Authority: All participants agree to obey the instructions of Bubble Boss Events L.L.C. staff at all times. Staff reserve the right to stop participation or clear the foam zone at any time for safety reasons.
• Governing Law & Severability: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. If any portion of this agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall continue in full legal force and effect.
5. MANDATORY MEDIA & PHOTO RELEASE
By entering the event zone and participating in The Activity, the undersigned participant and/or parent/guardian hereby grants Bubble Boss Events L.L.C., its event partners, venue hosts, and sponsors the unrestricted, irrevocable, royalty-free right to capture, edit, publish, and display photographs, audio recordings, and promotional video clips containing the image, likeness, or voice of the participant and any listed minor children. These materials may be used in any media, including but not limited to websites, social media channels, print advertising, and promotional marketing materials, without notification or financial compensation.

By signing below (or submitting electronically via digital QR code form), I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age, am the parent or legal guardian with full authority to sign for any listed minors, have read this document in its entirety, fully understand its terms, agree to all safety rules, and sign it freely and voluntarily as a complete release of liability.
