Expression of Interest – 2027 Coaching Team

Cranbourne Calisthenics College is now inviting Expressions of Interest from passionate, dedicated and enthusiastic coaches who would like to be part of our 2027 Coaching Team.

We are seeking coaches who are committed to creating a positive, inclusive and supportive environment where every participant can grow in confidence, develop their skills and enjoy their calisthenics journey.

Whether you are an experienced coach or are looking to take the next step in your coaching career, we encourage you to apply.

We are looking for coaches who

Demonstrate a passion for calisthenics and performer development
Inspire and motivate performers to achieve their individual and team goals
Foster a positive, encouraging and inclusive team culture
Communicate professionally and effectively with performers, families, fellow coaches and club members
Work collaboratively as part of the Cranbourne coaching team
Display strong organisational skills, reliability and professionalism
Uphold the values and standards of Cranbourne Calisthenics College

Minimum Requirements
To be eligible to apply for a Head Coach, Assistant Coach or Co-Coach position, applicants must;

Be a current financial member of the Victorian Calisthenics Coaches Association (VCCA)
Hold a minimum Development Coach (Level 1) accreditation
Hold a current Level 1 First Aid Certificate
Hold a current Working with Children Check (WWCC) if over 18 years of age

Selection Process
Appointments will be based on a range of factors, including coaching experience, qualifications, teamwork, leadership qualities, communication skills and any relevant specialist training.

All applications will be carefully considered by the Executive Committee. The Committee is committed to appointing coaches who will positively contribute to the culture, development and success of Cranbourne Calisthenics College.
