At this time, all food, drinks, and baked goods vendor spots are fully booked. Any new applicants in these categories will be placed on a waitlist.

We will have a mix of indoor and outdoor vendor spaces available.

Vendor Information
Vendor Rotation Policy: To provide opportunities for a wider variety of small businesses, we will be rotating vendors for our Wimauma Markets. If you will be participating in the Wimauma Market on 8/16, you will not be selected for the following event. (9/20)
Vendor Selection: We will be highly selective when curating our vendor lineup to ensure a diverse and successful event. Strong promotion, active social media engagement, quality products, and overall vendor presentation will play a significant role in the selection process. Please note that these requirements apply to all applicants with no exceptions.
Please select the date you're interested in applying to:
INDOOR: Located inside the air-conditioned barn. Spaces are limited to a maximum of two 6-ft tables or one table with a shelf/display. This is an 8x8 space. Tents are not permitted.
OUTDOOR: Located behind the barn on a concrete surface. Each space is 10x10. Tents are recommended. If interested, message me for a video of the space.
Please select the appropriate vendor fee amount.
Vendor fees are due within 48 hours of acceptance. If we don’t receive payment in that time, your spot will be released and offered to the next vendor. Please note, we will not be sending reminder messages.
Do you carry general liability insurance?
Cottage Law Food Vendors: Vendors operating under Florida Cottage Food Law must comply with all Florida labeling requirements and are responsible for ensuring that all products sold are permitted under Florida Cottage Food regulations. Prohibited foods are not allowed due to safety. If selected, vendors will be required to submit a copy of their product label(s), including the required Cottage Food Disclaimer.
List the items you will be selling at the market. Please be specific. NO MLM or direct sales businesses. Makers and creators of handmade products will receive first priority.

Release of Liability & Waiver: By participating in this event, you agree to release and hold harmless The Big Bend Market, Lovelock Ranch, property owners, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, damages, or expenses arising from participation in the market/event.
