Member Survey

PHA is collecting member data to better understand workforce capacity and the gap between the care participants need and the services providers are able to deliver. This survey will examine trends in billed hours, overtime, missed shifts, and missed hours over time. Aggregated results will help PHA demonstrate the impact of workforce challenges on access to care and strengthen our advocacy during the upcoming state budget cycle. Individual company information will remain confidential and accessible only to PHA staff members Mia and Matt. All information used for advocacy will be aggregated and de-identified.
