Required Uploads for Directory Submission

Please upload the following four items. Information identified as PUBLIC will be used on your directory listing. Formation documentation and letters of reference are kept PRIVATE and used solely to review your submission for compliance with the Directory Listing Requirements.

1. Professional Profile Headshot Photo (PUBLIC)
A clear, high-resolution photo (JPEG or PNG) that will be displayed on your public directory profile.

2. Directory Introduction & Full Profile Biography (PUBLIC)
Please provide both of the following in one document:

Short Directory Introduction: Approximately 2–4 sentences describing your formation, spirituality, and the focus of your spiritual direction. This will appear in directory search results.

Full Profile Biography: A fuller description of your approach to spiritual direction, areas of accompaniment, relevant ministry experience, and any additional information that may help someone prayerfully discern whether to contact you. This will appear on your individual director profile.

3. Documentation of Formation or Certification (PRIVATE)
A certificate, diploma, letter of completion, or equivalent documentation demonstrating completion of a Catholic spiritual direction formation or certification program.

4. Letter of Reference / Good Standing (PRIVATE)

Lay Directors: A brief letter of reference or endorsement from a parish pastor or practicing Catholic spiritual director confirming good standing and active sacramental participation.

Clergy / Religious: A brief Statement of Suitability or letter from their ordinary or religious superior confirming faculties and good standing.
