• 2026 AFSN Member and Partner Survey

    Thank you for taking the time to share your insights with AFSN, its Steering Committee, and coalition to better understand the needs, challenges, and opportunities facing the North Country. We try our hardest not to ask too much or add one more thing to your growing to-do list. Many of the questions below will help shape AFSN's work and efforts in the next year. Because of you, AFSN can exist, shining a brighter light on the needs of the North Country, and working to build a more connected and resilient food system.

  • Use of information

    The information that you provide will be used by AFSN to accurately represent the needs of the communities through advocacy, policy and partner coalition engagement, and to shape the future direction of the organization. Data will not be used with any identifying information without your permission.

  • Purpose

    The purpose of this survey is to better understand the challenges, needs, and priorities of our diverse range of stakeholders, members, and partners. This is a voluntary survey.

  • Who Should Take This Survey

    Representatives of Adirondack organizations, working and operating in one or more of AFSN’s 12 counties. We do ask that only 1 individual per organization fill out this survey. That being said, we know that many folks where many hats. We invite each hat to participate.

  • Key Components

    The survey is designed to understand organizational challenges, specifically the needs of food pantries and farmers as well as inform AFSN's policy priorities. Each section is clearly labeled and speaks to the areas of focus: food access, farming and production, and policy.

    By agreeing, you acknowledge that you are participating in a survey to support the work of AFSN. Your information and answers are critical to creating a more holistic picture of the North Country needs. No personal information will be shared beyond AFSN’s leadership. Anonymized data will be available after the close of the survey.

Please note that this information will not be shared with any personal or organizational details but data may be used anonymously to support advocacy efforts.
