Terms & Conditions – Gamma Family Vacation Cruise
By registering for the Gamma Family Vacation Cruise (February 6–11, 2027 aboard Freedom of the Seas), guests agree to the following:
1. Deposit Handling
A non‑refundable deposit of $100 per person is required.
Deposits are processed by Royal Caribbean Cruise Line.
Deposits are applied toward the cruise fare and are not fees retained by Greek Excellence Network LLC.
2. Cancellation Policy (Royal Caribbean – Verbatim)
89–75 days prior to sailing 25% of the total cruise fare is forfeited per guest. Effective November 9, 2026.
74–61 days prior to sailing 50% of the total cruise fare is forfeited per guest. Effective November 24, 2026.
60–31 days prior to sailing 75% of the total cruise fare is forfeited per guest. Effective December 8, 2026.
30–0 days prior to sailing 100% of the total cruise fare is forfeited per guest. No refund will be issued. Effective January 7, 2027.
3. Fuel Supplement Policy (Royal Caribbean – Verbatim)
“Royal Caribbean International reserves the right to impose a fuel supplement on all guests if the price of West Texas Intermediate fuel exceeds $65.00 per barrel. The fuel supplement for 1st and 2nd guests would be no more than $10 per guest per day, to a maximum of $140 per cruise; and for additional guests would be no more than $5 per person per day, to a maximum of $70 per cruise.”
4. Name & Inventory Requirements
Full names and deposits are due as option dates are reached.
Space without names and deposit cross‑referenced on or before the due date may be released.
Cabin inventory is subject to recall by Royal Caribbean if deposits and names are not submitted by required deadlines.
5. Group Amenities (GAP Points)
Group amenities require a minimum of 8 booked staterooms.
Amenities are capacity‑controlled and may be withdrawn at any time by Royal Caribbean.
6. Air Travel & Name Change Fees
Domestic name change fee: $75
International name change fee: $125
Changes to air arrangements within 60 days prior to sailing may result in service fees.
Guests are responsible for all airline name change fees and penalties.
7. Travel Requirements
U.S. citizens sailing on this Miami round‑trip cruise may board with a certified birth certificate + government‑issued photo ID (driver’s license).
Children under 16 may board with just a certified birth certificate.
A passport card is valid for sea travel only.
A passport book is strongly recommended for emergencies and international flights, as birth certificates and passport cards are not valid for air travel.
8. Liability Separation
Travel Agent of Record: Greek Excellence Network LLC
Event Hosts: Gamma Lambda Epsilon Sorority Inc. & Gamma Lambda Omega Fraternity Inc.
Travel Supplier: Royal Caribbean Cruise Line
9. Dispute Resolution
Cruise disputes are resolved directly with Royal Caribbean Cruise Line under the Cruise/Cruisetour Ticket Contract.
Deposit/card disputes are resolved directly with Royal Caribbean Cruise Line.
Event hosts/Coordinator are excluded from liability.
10. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any legal proceedings arising under this agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of South Carolina.
11. Payment Authorization
I authorize Greek Excellence Network LLC, acting as the travel agent of record, to enter my credit card information directly into Royal Caribbean Cruise Line’s reservation system for the purpose of paying my cruise fare.
I understand that:
My deposit of $100 per person will be charged at the time of registration.
The remaining balance will be charged by Royal Caribbean Cruise Line according to the published payment schedule.
Each payment will be processed directly with Royal Caribbean, and my reservation will be updated accordingly.
