Please fill out this form to confirm your church's eligibility to send voting messengers to the GCA Missions Conference in Monterey, CA on Oct. 10, 2026.
Q: How is this form different from the Champion Church Certification sent out earlier this year?

A: As per the Executive Board's directive, the Champion Church certification is now separate from Voting Eligibility verification.
1. Champion Church status recognizes a church’s giving for the entire previous calendar year (Jan.–Dec. 2025).
2. Voting Eligibility determines whether a church may send voting representatives to the current year’s Missions Conference (Oct. 2026). Representatives are eligible to vote if their church has given at least 1% of its general offerings (undesignated receipts) to GCA during the specified period.
Q: What financial info do I need to complete this form?

A: Please have your church's total general (undesignated) offerings collected this year through July 31, 2026.

Q: What if my church gave less than 1% of its general offerings?

A: If your church has given less than 1% of its general offerings to GCA through July, its representatives will not be eligible to vote as messengers. However, we still want you to attend the Missions Conference! Come celebrate what God has been doing throughout our association.
- Churches may still make a qualifying donation to reach the 1% threshold. The donation must be received by September 10. Please send it as soon as possible with the phrase “Qualifying to reach 1%.”
