Exhibit B Gallery will run it's annual Winter group show from November 20, 2026 through February 13, 2027

THEME:

No theme, show us your best work - the pieces that celebrate your style with complete artistic freedom.  Your entries can be created just for this show or already completed

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

• This show is open to artists 18 years of age or older. 
• All media is acceptable excluding AI generated images and video.
  • Two Dimensional work: must be ready to hang on the wall with picture hanging wire (no saw tooth hangers).  Your work must be framed or suitably finished on the edges for display.
  • Three Dimensional work: if your work requires a pedestal/custom display you must provide that or contact us to make arrangements.
• Artwork is original work submitted by the artist who created it and created in 2024 or later.
• Artwork must be available for sale.
• Information on the back to include artist's name, telephone number, e-mail address, title of the work, medium, and price.
• Submission deadline is 11:59pm on October 24, 2026.

JURYING / GALLERY INFORMATION:

• There is a $20 entry fee for up to 5 pieces (non-refundable).  This fee goes towards marketing the show.
• You can submit a maximum of 5 pieces. 
• Notification of acceptance will be emailed on October 31, 2026 including which of your entries are accepted.
• All sales will be subject to the Exhibit B Gallery’s commission (40% to Exhibit B Gallery, 60% to Artist).
• Exhibit B reserves the right to refuse artwork for any reason.
• Selections will be made from digital images only, thus image quality is critical.
• Artists may not withdraw accepted entries before the close of the exhibition.

 SHIPPING / DELIVERY:

• Artwork drop off for local artists is November 16, 2026.  If you are a non-local artist, please ensure your work arrives here no later than November 12, 2026.
• Shipped work should arrive in a reusable container with return postage or prepaid shipping documents and correct return label, the gallery will not be responsible for cost of return shipping.

ARTIST EXPECTATIONS:

MARKETING - We will promote this show on social media, in-person, our website, signage on the gallery's exterior, online event calendars, and expect participating artists will market the show to their list and on social media focusing on the show start.  Custom marketing materials will also be provided to all accepted artists.

COLLABORATIONS / SPECIAL EVENTS - If you have ideas on how the artist and gallery can work together to make your show even more successful, let us know.  Demos, pop-ups, and other special events are an opportunity to engage with collectors.

PRICING - We trust our artists to create their pricing structure and expect that this pricing structure is consistent (on your website, at shows/festivals, and here at Exhibit B Gallery). It is not okay to increase your price to account for the gallery's commission.

SALES / PROMOTION:

• All sales will be subject to the Exhibit B Gallery’s commission (40% to Exhibit B Gallery, 60% to Artist).
• Gallery shall sell the works at the retail prices submitted in the entry form.
• Gallery maintains right to make customary discounts that would come out of the Gallery’s commission and not impact the amount owed to Artist.
• Artist’s retail price is must be consistent with Artist’s prices outside of the Gallery.
• If the Artist sells Artwork within sixty (60) days of removing Artwork from the Gallery, and where that sale results from having shown that Artwork in the Gallery, Artist shall pay Exhibit B Gallery a 40% commission.
• If Exhibit B Gallery connects an artist with a collector for a custom artwork, Exhibit B Gallery shall recieve a 40% commission. The gallery will work with/advocate for artist, process payments, collect sales tax, and absorb credit card fees.
• Gallery will pay Artist all proceeds due for sales made during the show within thirty (30) days of the end of the show.
• Exhibit B Gallery may photograph, video and reproduce accepted work for promotional purposes.
• There will be social media marketing for this show. Upon acceptance into this show, artists are expected to market their participation to their audiences.
• On his/her own expense, Artist shall promote the exhibition of his/her Artworks (examples include social media posts, newsletters, attending opening receptions, demonstrations, etc.).
• All artists currently showing work at Exhibit B Gallery are entitled to a 10% discount on anything in the gallery. This discount is void on fundraiser shows. If the gallery is having a sale, then artists get whichever is greater (10% or the sale discount, but not combined).

LIABILITY:

• Exhibit B Gallery will put forth the best effort for the safekeeping of all Artworks while they are in the Gallery.  Artwork is handled with care and expertise and with all safety measures possible.
• Exhibit B Gallery will not be responsible for loss or damage of any art work, no matter the cause. By submitting artwork to this exhibition, each artist agrees to this statement.
• Artwork is not insured by Exhibit B Gallery during shipment and exhibition.
  Adequate insurance is recommended and the sole responsibility of the artist.

AGREEMENT:

• Submission of work constitutes an agreement to the conditions set forth and acceptance that the decisions of the juror are final.
• This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.
• This agreement automatically terminates sixty (60) days after the end of the show.
