This curated vendor experience is a 2 day event and places your brand directly in front of thousands of art, fashion and culture lovers. Experience live art murals by local, national and international artists.

Be a part of a creative experience with national exposure, extensive media coverage, and massive foot traffic with over 10,000 expected guests.

Dates:

Saturday October 17, 2026 and Sunday October 18, 2026

Time: 1-9pm

Location: 3100 Canal St. (in the heart of East End)

NOTE: Limited spots. Strictly capped at 40 vendors at a first-come, first-served basis.

Once your application for the Cap Summit Experience at BBMF has been approved, an invoice will be emailed to you for payment. Vendor spots will be assigned in the order FULL payments are received.

Due to the limited amount of spots available at the Cap Summit Experience, 50% payment is required to ensure your spot. Vendor fees must be paid in full by October 7th, 2026 or your spot will become available to next in line.

Vendors are responsible for their own setup, teardown, and electricity.
