Registration closes at capacity. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. 

We will reject vendor items deemed inappropriate for our event and return payment.  NOTE: (Any items brought to the event that are deemed inappropriate will be denied, and vendor payment will be forfeited.)  

Vendor Hold Harmless & Liability:  By submitting payment, you agree to participate in the event; the vendor assumes responsibility for its staff, representatives, equipment, inventory, and personal property. T. ROSE Foundation, its organizers, volunteers, and event partners shall not be responsible for theft, loss, damage, or destruction of vendor property or products, or for injury arising from the vendor’s participation, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of T. ROSE Foundation.

The vendor agrees to hold harmless and release T. ROSE Foundation, its staff, volunteers, and event partners from claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from the vendor’s participation or activities at the event.

THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING PINK & PURPLE ON PURPOSE. UPON CONFIRMATION, YOU WILL BE PROVIDED ADDITIONAL DETAILS FOR SET-UP, ETC.  SET-UP WILL BE AVAILABLE BETWEEN 4 PM AND 5:30 PM, AND THE EVENT WILL CLOSE BY 7:30 PM.
