By placing an order, purchasing through an online marketplace, paying an invoice, or signing this agreement, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the following policies and terms.

All quotes are estimates based on the information, photos, measurements, materials, and project details provided by the customer. If additional labor, repairs, or unforeseen construction issues are discovered after work begins, Bee Grace Sewing will contact the customer for approval before performing any work that would result in a significant increase in cost.

I authorize Bee Grace Sewing to perform the alterations, repairs, or custom sewing services discussed and approved for this order.

For remote, online, Etsy, and shipped orders, the customer is solely responsible for providing accurate measurements. Bee Grace Sewing will construct the item according to the measurements provided. Bee Grace Sewing is not responsible for fit, sizing, or comfort issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate measurements supplied by the customer.

Quotes, designs, and construction are based on the photos, descriptions, inspiration images, sketches, and information provided by the customer. Colors, textures, fabric condition, scale, and details may appear different in person than they do in photographs. Bee Grace Sewing is not responsible for inaccuracies caused by customer-provided photos or descriptions.

Customers placing orders without an in-person consultation or fitting understand that all items are created based solely on the measurements, photos, descriptions, and specifications they provide. Bee Grace Sewing cannot guarantee fit or appearance if the information supplied is inaccurate or incomplete. Customers are encouraged to carefully review all measurements and project details before approving production.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all project details before production begins, including dimensions, fabrics, colors, hardware, personalization, embroidery, pattern placement, and other requested specifications. Once production has begun, changes may not be possible and may require additional labor, materials, and fees.

Estimated turnaround and completion dates are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Bee Grace Sewing makes every effort to complete projects within the estimated timeframe; however, turnaround times may change due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: delays in receiving fabric, supplies, hardware, or customer-provided materials; shipping delays from suppliers; delays in customer communication, approvals, measurements, or responses; delays in receiving payment or required deposits; changes requested after production has begun; equipment maintenance or unexpected repairs; illness, family emergencies, severe weather, or

other unforeseen circumstances. If a project is expected to extend beyond the estimated completion date, Bee Grace Sewing will notify the customer as soon as reasonably possible. If the customer has a time-sensitive deadline, every reasonable effort will be made to complete and ship the order on time; however, on-time completion cannot be guaranteed.

If additional fitting appointments are necessary, the customer agrees to attend them as scheduled. Missed or delayed fittings may delay project completion.

Bee Grace Sewing is not responsible for damage resulting from weakened fabric, dry rot, excessive wear, previous alterations, manufacturer defects, hidden damage, or other conditions that become apparent during construction or alteration.

Every effort will be made to closely match thread, fabric, hardware, and notions. Due to dye lots, manufacturers, lighting, and monitor settings, exact color matches cannot be guaranteed.

Customers supplying their own garments, fabric, hardware, trims, zippers, or other materials understand that Bee Grace Sewing cannot guarantee their condition, quality, durability, or performance. Bee Grace Sewing is not responsible for defects, shortages, fabric flaws, shrinkage, color inconsistencies, or failures related to customer-supplied materials.

Each item is individually handmade. Slight variations in stitching, seam placement, pattern placement, dimensions, and appearance are a natural part of handcrafted work and are not considered defects.

Any changes requested after work has begun may require additional labor, materials, and fees and may extend the estimated completion date.

Payment is due according to the agreed-upon invoice or platform used for the transaction unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has begun, as labor and materials have already been committed to the project. Projects requiring final payment before shipment will not be shipped until payment has been received in full.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. Once an order has been accepted by USPS or another shipping carrier and has been scanned into their system, Bee Grace Sewing is not responsible for shipping delays, missed delivery estimates, carrier errors, lost or stolen packages after delivery, weather-related delays, or other issues caused by the shipping carrier. Shipping estimates provided by USPS or other carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Tracking information will be provided when available. Shipping insurance and signature confirmation may be added upon request or included at Bee Grace Sewing's discretion for higher-value orders.

For purchases made through Etsy or any other online marketplace, these policies apply in addition to the marketplace's Terms of Service and Buyer Protection policies. If any provision of this agreement conflicts with the marketplace's required policies, the marketplace's policies will govern that portion of the transaction while all remaining provisions of this agreement remain in effect.

Customers agree to review messages promptly and provide approvals, measurements, requested information, and responses in a timely manner. Delays in customer communication may delay production and estimated completion dates.

Custom and personalized orders may not be canceled once materials have been ordered or production has begun. Any approved cancellation before production may be subject to charges for materials purchased and labor already completed.

Due to the custom nature of handmade and personalized items, completed custom orders are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless there is an error in workmanship or the completed item does not match the approved specifications. Customers should notify Bee Grace Sewing within seven (7) days of delivery or pickup if they believe there is an issue and provide photographs of the concern before any alterations or modifications are made by another party.

Items not picked up within sixty (60) days after notification of completion may be considered abandoned unless prior arrangements have been made.

Customers are encouraged to inspect completed work upon pickup or within seven (7) days of delivery for shipped orders. Unless a workmanship issue is reported within that timeframe, the work will be considered accepted and complete.

Bee Grace Sewing's total liability for any claim relating to services performed or products provided shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific item or service giving rise to the claim. Bee Grace Sewing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of any product or service.

By placing an order, paying an invoice, purchasing through an online marketplace, or signing this agreement, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Policies & Terms.
