We understand that the student must have a passing grade to be eligible for this production. The student must maintain this standard throughout tech week and performances. If a student is not academically eligible, we understand and accept that they will be removed from the crew so they can devote more time to academics, and their fee will not be reimbursed.
We understand that cast/crew members who miss required meetings or call times may be removed from the production and their fee will not be reimbursed. A total of 3 unexcused absences are allowed. School related absences are excused.
We understand that participating in the play's performance is a significant commitment from 9/1 - 11/14.
We understand students are required to follow all safety procedures and rules at all times during rehearsals and productions.
We understand that Strike (i.e., clean-up) is on 11/14 until 9:00 pm. the latest. All performance crews, preparation crews, and actors must attend unless a pre-arranged conflict is noted below.
We have read and made a copy of the rehearsal calendar. We have marked all known absences and late or early leaves.
Run crew should wear ALL BLACK on the days of the production.

RELEASE AND AUTHORIZATION TOPHOTOGRAPH
I hereby grant the undersigned photographer ("Photographer") the irrevocable right and permission, throughout the world, in connection with the photographs taken of me, or in which I may be included with others, the following: (a) the right to use and reuse, in any manner at all said photographs, in whole or in part, modified or altered, either by themselves or in conjunction with other photographs, any medium or form of distribution, and for any purposes whatsoever, including, without limitation, all promotional and advertising uses, and other trade purposes, as well as using my name in connection in addition to that, if he so desires; and (b) the right to copyright said photographs in his name or in any other name that he may select. I waive the right to inspect or approve any use thereof. At this moment, I forever release and discharge Photographer from any claims, actions, and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of said photographs, including, without limitation, any claims for invasion of privacy and libel. This release shall benefit the assigns, licensees, and legal representatives of the Photographer, as well as the party(ies) for whom he took said photographs.
I do not want my child's name to be included in the photos.
