• Hello and thank you for your interest in attending Air Show Atlantic 2026!
Please read the following so that you may be welcomed and allowed to fly in to attend this year’s show in CYSJ:

    • Fly-Ins will be accepted on a first-come, first-approved basis. A backup date will be allowed until we get to capacity. Then you will be expected to choose one or the other. As of August 1, we are not at capacity on either day.

    • All guests will be required to purchase some level of Air Show ticket as can be seen available on our website at https://tickets.airshowatlantic.ca/

    • In the interest of safety, there will be NO viewing of the air show allowed from your aircraft or from the apron. It will be a busy place with the movement of Air Show participants. The Air Show will provide transportation by golf cart to the Show Main Gate, or you may walk. Efforts will be made to provide transportation at the end of the show as well, but there may be a wait - or you may walk. Details will be shared after you arrive.

    • Daily and overnight parking are available at a cost of $25.00 per 24hr, payable to the Atlantic Flight Centre. This fee (24hr) is waived if you buy AVGAS during your stay.

    • There is NO under-wing or on-site camping available.

    • Cement block tie-downs are available from the Atlantic Flight Centre.

    • The Atlantic Flight Centre frequency is 123.3 MHz.

    • We are planning to be ready for arrivals each day at 0800 local (1100Z) and you must be on the ground by 1100 local (1400Z). There will be some static aircraft arriving during this period also. Fly-In support personnel will be undertaking other duties after the arrival window is closed and they have ensured all their guests have arrived at the Main Gate. They will have very limited availability during hours of the Air Show.

    • There will be NO departures allowed until after the Air Show has ended and the airspace is released by the Air Boss. That time has normally been by 1600 local (1900Z) or shortly after. Generally, the Atlantic Flight Centre is open until 1800 local (2100Z) for your departure. Air Show grounds will be closed by then.

We ask that ALL pilots follow these guidelines so that we can build our list, and plan for expected aircraft and people. All groups of spectators arriving by air are required to provide the information listed below:
