1. I agree to be careful and abide by safety rules and code of conduct.
2. I agree to release The Blooming Lady and associated parties from any legal or financial action in the chance of an accident, injury, or allergies that might result during class, on the premises, or after departing.
3. The Blooming Lady and its associated parties are not responsible for loss or broken products after leaving the course. 
4. In the case of broken utensils, tools, or spilled materials; a fee might be applied to replace it. Fee will vary from $5-$40 in accordance with the value of the item broken. 
5. A (4) day notice is required as a courtesy if you are unable to attend the class, getting a 50% of the payment back. The other 50% of the payment is considered a non-refundable deposit. No-call, no-show will not be refunded.
