  • The Territory Six Sewing Academy program
    runs for 9 months.
    September 1 – May 28
    This agreement covers the full program period.

  • 2 MEMBERSHIP FEES

  • Membership fees are based on the selected membership plan.
    Payments are due on the 1st of each month.
    All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS:

  • 3 MEMBERSHIP POLICY

  • Membership fees are charged monthly and cover the
    entire program from September through May.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • A 5-day grace period is provided for late payments.
  • After 5 days, a late fee of $15 will be applied.
    Continued late payments may result in suspension
    of classes until payment is made.

  • 4 LATE START POLICY

  • If your child registers after the program start date,
    membership fees will begin at the time of registration
    and continue through the end of the 9 month program
    (May). No prorated or partial month adjustments
    will be made.

  • 5 ATTENDANCE POLICY

  • Regular attendance is important for learning and progress.
  • Please notify the academy in advance if your child will be absent.
  • Make-up classes may be offered at the instructor's discretion and based on availability.
  • Consistent absences may affect your child's ability to complete projects.

  • 6 WITHDRAWAL POLICY

  • This is a 9-month commitment.
    If you choose to withdraw before the end of the program,
    membership fees are non-refundable and any remaining
    balance is still due.
    No credits or refunds will be given for missed classes
    or early withdrawal.

  • 7 ACADEMY EXPECTATIONS

  • Students are expected to be respectful, kind, and responsible.
  • Follow classroom rules and safety guidelines at all times.
  • Take care of sewing machines, tools, and materials.
  • Come prepared, participate. and have a positive attitude!

  • 8 PARENT / GUARDIAN AGREEMENT

  • By signing below, I understand and agree to the terms of this
    Academy Agreement and Membership Contract.
    I understand this is a 9-month commitment from
    September through May.
    I agree to make monthly payments on time and follow
    the policies outlined above.
