Mountainside Market is thrilled to announce that we will be hosting two markets at Hoffman Farms Store this October.  

October 16-18 and 23-25

Both weekend Markets will be held in The Butler Barn at Hoffman Farms Store.

The Butler Barn is the beautiful barn that the Farm uses for special events. This is not an enclosed space as one of the walls is open to the grassy field that leads back to the Farm Store and playground. You can look at our Instagram page for past Fall Markets to get an idea of what the barn looks like. @mountainsidemarketscholls

Mountainside Market is a juried event accepting vendors based on variety, originality, and quality of goods sold. Vendor selection is designed to provide customers with not only the highest quality of vendors but a collection of vendors who compliment one another in such a way to create a cohesive feel.

We are looking for vendors in the following categories: home decor, vintage, antique, re-purposed, upcycled, clothing and accessories, jewelery, scents and fragrences, health and beauty, art, signs, seasonal handmade items and more.

 

Once we have received your application, we will review it and notify you by email if you have been accepted into the Market.

Vendor Infomation

We are accepting vendor applications for our 2026 FALL markets in the Butler Barn at Hoffman Farms Store in Beaverton, Oregon. 

 

1st Fall Market: October 16-18, 2026

2nd Fall Market: October 23-25,2026

 

Hours of the both Fall Market will be:
Friday, 10-5pm
Saturday, 10-5pm
Sunday, 12-5pm

 

Information about TABLE or BOOTH options:

-If you choose a TABLE space, you have 8 feet wide and 5 feet deep of a space that you can work within. All vendors must supply your own table/chairs and display material. Everything needs to fit inside your 8x5 space as you will be right up against other table vendors. Most of our table vendors will be located up one flight of stairs in the loft. It's a beautiful space, warmer and open to the area below. If stairs are a problem for you, please make a note of that and we will try out best to have you on the main floor. 

 

-If you choose a BOOTH space you will have 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep of an area to work within. Most of the vendors will be located on the main floor. All vendors must supply your own table/chairs and display material. Booth vendors are mostly up against the wooden barn wall with vendors on either side, so plan that you will have one open side facing an aisle for customer walking space.  

 

-Please NO canopies in either booth or table spaces.

-You are allowed portable walls and any configuration of tables that fit within your allotted space.

 

 

 

Please choose ONE weekend that you would like to participate. If you are interested in participating in both weekends, there is an option below to be placed on a waitlist if we have vendor space open up.

 

 

VENDOR DETAILS

Location: The Butler Barn 22242 SW Scholls Ferry Rd. Beaverton, OR. 97007

First weekend:  October 16, 17, 18 (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)

Hours for this Market: 10-5 on Friday, 10-5 on Saturday and 12-5 on Sunday. 

-Set up is on Friday morning, October 16,  7:45 to 9:45.

 

Second weekend:  October 23, 24, 25 (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)

Hours for this Market: 10-5 on Friday, 10-5 on Saturday and 12-5 on Sunday.

-Set up is on Friday morning, October 23, 7:45-9:45.

 

-On set up day, Vendors will drive through the main parking lot of Hoffman Farms Store and back towards the Butler Barn. You can park in front of the paved patio to unload your vehical. We will have a few carts available for you to use if needed. As soon as your car is unloaded, please drive it back to the Hoffmans main parking lot and walk back to the barn to finish setting up. Cars will not be allowed down to the barn between 9:45 and 5:30 and must be parked in main parking.

-All spaces are to be set up to look presentable and professional. Please put time and care into how your space looks. Tables and chairs are not provided, so please bring all that you need. You may also wish to bring additional lighting to brighten up your space. Battery powered is best! 

-Electrical heaters are NOT allowed but you can bring propaine heaters for your space.

-All vendors must commit to all three days and have at least one person managing their booth at all times during open market hours.

-Wi-fi is not available. Please plan accordingly.

-Electrical outlets are limited. 

-All vendors are encouraged to accept cash AND use a cash-less system. (Square, PayPal, Venmo, ect.) 

-Tear down will be at 5pm on Sunday night. Please do not tear down till the end of the event. 

-Table/Booth Fee is non-refundable. 

-The Farm Store will have food, coffee, drinks and treats all available for purchase. We also plan to have treat vendors in the Barn. We don't anticipate anyone going hungry.

We're exctied to be working alongside this wonderful Farm. Please remember that this is a family friendly event, and conduct yourself in a professional business manner.
