2026-2027 School Year
Please read each question and respond carefully to ensure you are registering at the correct level of membership and any addition association dues.

September 21, 2026 is the deadline for online registration and postmarked before late fee penalties will be assessed.

Check should be made payable to East Tennessee School Band & Orchestra Association (or ETSB&OA).

Only Regular Active Members, Regular Active Spousal Members, and First Year Teacher Active Members who are directors of a school music program are allowed to enter students in any ETSB&OA events.

If you wish to pay registration fees online. You will be responsible for paying any additional fees assessed by the bank for online payment (3.0% of the total plus $0.30).

- Associate Membership (Temporary, Institutional, Business, and Private Instructors): $25.00
- Active Membership with Active TMEA Membership: $95.00
- Introductory Active Member w/Intro TMEA: $65.00
- Active Membership (ETSBOA Only): $30.00
- College Student Membership (ETSBOA Only): $15.00
- Retired Member (ETSBOA Only): $15.00
- Retired Member w/ retired TMEA Membership: $50.00
- Honorary Lifetime Membership w/ Active TMEA Membership: $65.00
- Honorary Lifetime Membership w/ retired TMEA Membership: $35.00
- Honorary Lifetime Membership (ETSBOA Only): $0.00
Add $150.00 Late Fee to all categories
if joining after September 21, 2026

TMEA 2026-2027 Dues
- Active: $65.00
- Introductory Active: $35.00
- Retired: $35.00
Collegiate Level TMEA is only available through
the Higher Education Institutional Membership.

ETSB&OA is divided into three areas based on county.

Upper Area:
Carter, Claiborne, Cocke, Graingers, Greene, Hamblen, Hawkins, Hancock, Jefferson, Johnson, Sullivan, Unicoi, and Washington counties.

Middle Area:
Anderson, Blount, Campbell, Knox, Morgan, Scott, Sevier, and Union counties.

Lower Area:
Bledsoe, Bradley, Cumberland, Fentress, Grundy, Hamilton, Loudon, McMinn, Marion, Meigs, Monroe, Polk, Rhea, Roane, and Sequatchie counties.
