Please pick a time slot below to arrive with your pet(s) and indicate the number of pets you're bringing. (If you need to come to different time slots, please leave the form after filling it out for the first pet. Then come back to the form again for each different time slot.) Each pet will get a brief exam from the veterinarian prior to vaccinations. (Note - WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ACCOMMODATE WALK-INS IF THE TIME SLOTS ARE FULL, BUT WE WILL SEE REGISTERED PETS FIRST. There may be a longer wait if you don't pre-register. We hold these clinics once per month, so please follow us on Facebook or Instagram or visit LakeLowellAnimalRescue.org to see when clinics are scheduled.)
