Master Rental Agreement
Rental Term

Each appliance rented under this Agreement is subject to a minimum initial rental term of six (6) months. After the initial term, rentals automatically continue on a month-to-month basis until canceled in accordance with this Agreement. If a rental is canceled before the six-month minimum term is completed, the Customer agrees to pay the difference between the discounted long-term rental rate received and ARC's applicable short-term rental pricing for the months the equipment was rented.

Billing

Customer authorizes Appliance Rental Columbus, LLC to automatically charge the payment method maintained on file through Stripe for all recurring rental charges and any authorized fees due under this Agreement. Customer agrees to maintain a valid payment method throughout the duration of this Agreement.

Security Deposits

Approved VIP accounts generally have standard security deposits waived. Appliance Rental Columbus reserves the right to require a security deposit for specific rentals or accounts at its sole discretion, including but not limited to accounts with prior payment issues, excessive damage history, or other elevated risk factors.

VIP Partner Status

Participation in the ARC VIP Partner Program is a business privilege extended at the discretion of Appliance Rental Columbus. ARC reserves the right to suspend or terminate VIP benefits with written notice if an account demonstrates repeated late or unpaid balances, excessive equipment damage, abuse of services, fraud, or other conduct that materially increases business risk. Suspension of VIP benefits does not release the Customer from any obligations under this Agreement or any active rental.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio.

Entire Agreement

This Master Agreement establishes the terms governing all rentals between Appliance Rental Columbus and the Customer under the ARC VIP Partner Program. Individual installation records, service records, pickup records, and any written amendments become part of this Agreement and are incorporated by reference.
