    The initial contractor rate is USD $12.00 per hour, with approximately 20 contracted hours per week initially.

    Strong performers may have opportunities for additional contracted hours and advancement through GovSource's career structure as organizational needs grow. Additional hours, advancement, and compensation increases are not guaranteed.
