Submitting this application or participating in a program does not guarantee housing placement, rental approval, financing, mortgage approval, credit score improvement, rent to own eligibility, lease purchase eligibility, or acceptance into any housing opportunity. All opportunities remain subject to availability, affordability, income verification, eligibility requirements, property requirements, and applicable laws.
Program content is provided for educational purposes and is not legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, credit repair services, mortgage lending, or a guarantee of a particular result. The complete Eight Week Housing and Homeownership Readiness Program costs $225. Payment arrangements may be available. Participants must complete the required program activities and pay the full balance before receiving a certificate of completion. An individual weekly class costs $25 and includes both scheduled class days for that weekly topic. Individual weekly class attendance does not qualify a participant for the complete program certificate.
