  • Thank you for choosing Sheer Bronze by Shani. My goal is to provide you with a safe, customized, and luxurious spray tanning experience. Please read the following information carefully before your appointment.

    By signing below, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

    • I understand that spray tanning is a cosmetic service and that results may vary based on factors including skin type, preparation, aftercare, medications, hormones, and individual skin chemistry.

    • I understand that DHA, the active tanning ingredient, is intended for external application and should not be inhaled or ingested or come into contact with the eyes, lips, or other mucous membranes.

    • I agree to follow the recommended preparation and aftercare instructions provided by Sheer Bronze by Shani and understand that failure to follow these instructions may affect my results.

    • I understand that spray tanning does not provide protection from the sun and that sunscreen should still be used when exposed to UV rays.

    • I have disclosed any relevant allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, pregnancy/breastfeeding status, medications, or other information that may affect my spray tanning service.

    • I understand that although precautions are taken, temporary staining of clothing, undergarments, bedding, or other fabrics may occur.

    • I understand that the final color and longevity of my spray tan cannot be guaranteed because results vary from person to person.

    • I voluntarily consent to receiving spray tanning services from Sheer Bronze by Shani and release Sheer Bronze by Shani from liability for reactions or results associated with the service when proper procedures and instructions have been followed.

    For clients under 18: A parent or legal guardian must provide consent for the minor to receive spray tanning services.
