We Help Georgia Students Go Higher
Please submit this form to book an affordable hair appointment with us if you are a Georgia K-12 parent/guardian or educator.

Our weekly appointment availability is Thursday through Saturday.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a Georgia K-12 parent/guardian booking an appointment on the student's behalf or must be a Georgia educator in one of the following roles:
  - Georgia Principal
  - Georgia Assistant Principal
  - Georgia Teacher
  - Georgia Paraprofessional
  - Georgia School Counselor
  - Georgia School Social Worker
📝 Application Requirements:
- (Parent/Guardian) Proof of student's enrollment in a Georgia K-12 public school with one of the following documents:
  - An unofficial school transcript for the current academic year
  - A progress report or report card for the current academic year
- (Educator) A photo of your school work badge as your proof of employment.
- A recent photo of the client's natural hair to confirm his or her hair is at least 4 inches long all over for us to grip.
- Agreement to our Client Participation Waiver and policies.
- Non-refundable service fee for your selected braid style.

Hair Quality & Length Policy: For charitable purposes, this service is meant to be quick and affordable. We cannot spend extra time on clients who have matted hair, tangled hair, extremely damaged hair, or hair shorter than 4 inches all over. If your hair quality & length is below average, we may cancel your appointment without completing the service, and we will not issue you a refund. Late, Reschedule, & Cancellation Policy: Due to the limited number of slots, we cannot accommodate any reschedule requests or late arrivals after 15 minutes. If you cannot make your original appointment date and time, we will cancel your appointment, and we will not issue a refund. If we have to cancel your appointment at the fault of The Higher Foundation, your service fee will be refunded within 5-7 business days.
