  • WHY REC CLUB?

  • Does your job start early? Does your job end late? Well, you are in luck! Here at Grace Lutheran Rec Club we offer before and after school care starting as early as 7:00am and ending as late as 6:00pm!

    We work with your kids in the morning to wake their minds up with some creative activities. In the afternoon we organize afterschool clubs (sign ups and fees paid directly to vendors) camp games to help them run off all of their classroom zoomies and built up energy.

    Don’t have time to sit and have them finish their homework? Again, you are in luck because we offer a homework club Monday through Thursday 3:15 to 4pm where we work with them to finish their homework (we do not offer tutoring after school, it is solely making sure they are working). Please note that homework club times are tentative due to windy weather conditions, if too windy outside, we will conduct homework club inside from 4 to 4:45 pm. 

    And of course we need to finish the week off with a bang! Every Friday we have some lovely PTL Parents visit and sell ice cream for only a dollar! 

    IMPORTANT: All students must be registered with Rec Club in order to participate with our afterschool clubs. Any students not picked up from clubs will be charged occasional care rate.

  • SELECT A PLAN (half day sign ups will be sent a month prior to date- if you need Care for conference Week please select on this registration). Late fee of $5 per minute for pick ups after 6pm will be charged via Procare*
  • CONFERENCE WEEK : 12/12:15 pm - 3 pm (if you select occasional care you will be billed directly from the REC Department (this does not confirm your students spot on the roster - please look for email 2 weeks prior to half day) * if you already have a monthly plan this fee is in ADDITION to the monthly rate $45 for first student $15 for each additional sibling (per day) - CONFERENCE WEEK ONLY is $45 for first student, $15 for each additional sibling (per day).*

    1. ALL PLANS ARE SUBJECT TO THE ONE TIME $45 REGISTRATION FEE (including half day only sign ups) These are NON REFUNDABLE per student.
    2. ALL MONTHLY PLANS WILL BE PLACED ON BLACKBAUD FOR BILLING, WHICH MEANS YOUR TUITION + THE MONTHLY COST FOR REC CLUB CHILD CARE .
    3. BLACKBAUD CHARGES AT $56 REGISTRATION FEE EVERY YEAR THAT IS SEPARATE FROM OUR REGISTRATION FEE
    4. MONTHLY PLANS ARE DIVIDED BY 35 # OF WEEKS IN SCHOOL (HOLIDAY BREAKS ARE NOT INCLUDED) IN EXAMPLE: PLAN SELECTED IS $380 PER MONTH DIVIDED BY 4 WEEKS IS $95 X 35 + $3325/9  THIS TOTAL WILL BE BILLED TO YOUR ACCOUNT ON A MONTHLY BASIS.
    5. THE MONTH OF MAY WILL INCLUDE JUNE CHILD CARE TUITION
    6. IF YOU SELECT OCCASIONAL CARE YOU WILL BE BILLED DIRECTLY BY THE REC CLUB DEPARTMENT- PAYMENTS ARE DUE BY THE 10TH OF EVERY MONTH.
    7. REC CLUB LATE FEE IS $25 FOR ANYTHING PAID AFTER THE 10TH
    8. BLACKBAUD LATE FEE IS $55
    9. LATE PICK UP- $5 Per minute late after 6pm
    10. HOMEWORK CLUB- IS NOT TUTORING, WE CANNOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ACCURACY AND/OR GRADES ON ASSIGNMENTS - PLEASE NOTE THAT HOMEWORK CLUB TIMES ARE TENTATIVE BASED ON WEATHER CONDITIONS. 
    11. THERE CANNOT BE ANY OPEN BALANCES TO SIGN UP FOR SUMMER REC CLUB JUNE 2027
    12. ANY BAD BEHAVIOR WILL BE REPORTED TO PARENTS AND PRINCIPAL IF ESCALATED AND SUBJECT TO STUDENTS EXPULSION FROM THE REC CLUB PROGRAM
    13. PARENTS MUST BE SIGNED UP TO OUR PROCARE COMMUNICATION PORTAL
    14. CHANGES MUST BE SENT BY THE 10TH OF THE MONTH TO BE APPLIED TO THE UPCOMING MONTH
    15. YOUR STUDENT MUST BE REGISTERED WITH REC CLUB IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN CLUBS
