A Healing Circle is not a class you drop into. It is a structured cohort with a beginning, a middle, and an end, moved through together. Circles run at the Hive in Phoenix, with virtual seats held over Discord. You leave with a regulated baseline you can return to on purpose, a daily ten minute practice you own, and the capacity to feel stress without being run by it. Every seat is donor funded. You do not pay at the door. This application starts a conversation, not a commitment. If the fit is right, expect a note about a 15 minute intake call.
