    Thank you for considering adoption through TINKY CHIHUAHUA RESCUE! Before you start this application, please ensure you can fully commit to the care of the dog/puppy before you decide to adopt one.Tinky Chihuahua Rescue currently adopts primarily within approximately 2 hours of Collingwood, Ontario  This allows us to complete home visits and provide ongoing support to our adopters. Applications outside this area may be considered on a case-by-case basis if a suitable home visit can be arranged.If you know you are ready to be a Chihuahua Parent, please complete this application for adoption form as thoroughly as possible. The form can take up to 20 minutes to complete. Once submitted, someone from our team will follow-up with you if you have been selected. Due to high volume of applications submitted we cannot follow up with every single applicant. Application periods stay open until 3 suitable adopters have been found, This process can take time and we thank you for your patience and understanding. (Note: We reserve the right to refuse any adoption that we feel will not suit the dog’s/puppy’s requirements, applications that skip a majority of the questions will not be considered.)  Adoption fees : $350 Senior | $550 Adult | $750 puppy

  • Rehoming Policy

    Return-to-Rescue AgreementThe Adopter agrees that if, at any time during the dog's life, they are unable or unwilling to keep the dog for any reason, the dog must be returned to Tinky Chihuahua Rescue. The dog may not be sold, given away, transferred, surrendered to another rescue, shelter, pound, pet store, breeder, or any other individual or organization without the prior written consent of Tinky Chihuahua Rescue.The Adopter agrees to contact Tinky Chihuahua Rescue immediately if rehoming becomes necessary and understands that the rescue will make reasonable arrangements to take the dog back into its care.
