Since Jesus Prom is an evening for older teenagers and adults we require all volunteers to be at least 16 years old so we can provide the best care and safety for our guests.

There are two options available for the care of volunteers’ children. We will have an infant/toddler room and a preschool/elementary room for children 12 and under. Please register your child when filling out this volunteer form.
