I understand that participation in Mekteb, Qur’an, Sufara, and other community activities may involve ordinary risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release the Mekteb, Community Center, teachers, volunteers, staff, and board members from claims related to accidental injury, illness, loss, or damage.

I accept responsibility for my child’s behavior and agree to pay for any property my child intentionally or negligently damages. This release does not apply where liability cannot legally be waived.
