BOOKINGS: To reserve your wedding date, a non-refundable and non-transferable $200 deposit and calculated travel fee is required at the time of booking. This secures your date and allows us to begin preparing for your bridal experience. The remaining balance is due on the day of the wedding, immediately following completion of services.
Accepted forms of payment include: cash, debit/credit, paypal. Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated. (NOTE: bridal consultations, travel expenses and deposit fees are separate costs.)
DEPOSITS:
A deposit fee of $200 is required upon signing this contract. Kindly be aware that this is a non-refundable deposit and does not go towards your service total.
Why does my deposit not go towards your service?
Compared to most bridal stylists, our services are quite a bit on the more affordable side of bridal. It is also a protection for myself and the stylist I bring with me, as we are committing the whole day to you, whereas normally we would both be in the salon and then are unavailable to other clients. I am booked a few months out in advance for everyday clients so for me as a business owner, that security deposit is valuable in a business perspective, and I greatly appreciate the understanding.
DELAYS: A late fee of $25.00 will be charged for every 30 minutes of delay when a client is late for the scheduled time.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: Hair will be completed to the client’s satisfaction, and acceptance of the completed hairstyle is acknowledgement by the client that the hair is done to the client’s satisfaction.
TRAVEL FEES: On-site wedding services include a base travel fee of $60, which covers travel within 30 miles of the salon location.
Travel beyond 30 miles will be charged at the current IRS standard mileage rate of $0.67 per mile (roundtrip). This will be calculated and added to your final invoice based on your getting ready location.
For weddings requiring travel greater than 2 hours from the salon, additional accommodations may be required, including overnight lodging and any applicable parking or toll fees. These details will be discussed and agreed upon prior to booking and included in the final contract. Mileage is calculated from the salon location to the event location.

PAYMENT: The final balance is due on or before the day of the event before the hairstylist departs — no exceptions. The person(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person(s) whose name(s) appear on this
contract.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be made at least thirty (30) days prior to the client’s reserved date or the client will be responsible for paying the full amount of services agreed upon in this contract.
AMENDMENTS TO SERVICES: Any additional add on's or additional coverage needed must be made known at least 1 week prior.
