Please consider donating art to, the Queen City Arts Second annual Auction/Fundraiser. This is a special event that combines our new brand reveal with a fundraising event that not only promotes, supports, and showcases your art and artist statement but provides much needed financial support to the ogranization.

The Fundraiser Event Party will be October 24th 6-9pm, 2026 where your art will be auctioned off to the attendents and anyone else in the world via our online auction portal. We hope that you can join us in-person at the gallery for a time of connection, conversation, and community celebration!

We welcome work in all visual mediums, and only highly encourage submissions created by of our QCA Artists and Members.

 

ENTRY FEE: NO COST FOR ENTRY

 

ELIGIBILITY

This is non-juried, and work will be submitted to QCA for Auction, with all proceeds going to fund the nonprofit. All artwork must meet specifications (below) to be accepted. Please include your estimated fair-market value of the piece for your tax purposes.

Once submitted your art will go on auction to support QCA, artists, and programming.

All artwork must be submitted via this online form. This entry form will close once the deadline or exhibit capacity is reached.

Deadline to Submit: October 2nd, 2026

Drop-off Dates for Accepted Work: Friday, October 4th, from 1–3 PM; Monday, October 5th from 5:30-7PM 

Fundraiser & Reception: October 24th, 2026, from 6–9 PM

Note: Artwork left beyond pick up dates may become property of Queen City Art and/or subject to a holding fee of $5/day

*Artists who enter and are accepted to this call but do not deliver artwork may be barred from future submissions.*

 

SPECIFICATIONS

All entries must be original works - no reproductions.

A MUST HAVE for online Auction: A High-resolution image(s), artist name, title, medium, dimensions. All submitted pieces are eligible for social media promotion—high-quality images are encouraged.

All hanging artwork MUST be properly mounted with D Rings and wired. NO sawtooth hangers. All works must be properly framed or gallery wrapped with finished sides. Works on paper must be protected by glass or plexiglass.

Artwork may be rejected if we are not able to properly or safely install the work.

 

PRICING & COMMISION
All artwork is 100% donated to QCA. (Please provide the price is for fair market value for tax puposes)

ARTIST CONSENT FORM

LIABILITY
Queen City Art (QCA) will take every precaution in the handling of your artwork in the exhibition. However, QCA has no responsibility for any loss, theft or damage of artwork. Concerned artists should provide their own insurance coverage. Entries must remain for the duration of the exhibit and be picked up on the scheduled dates. QCA reserves the right to decline any entry or withdraw any entry from the exhibition at it's discretion. QCA reserves the right to photograph and reproduce any entry for educational or publicity purposes in any format. QCA is not responsible for misprints, misspellings, errors or other omissions taken from artist’s information.

ARTIST AGREEMENT
My signature on this consent form indicates that I have carefully read this agreement, fully understand it's content, and agree to the terms stated above and in the accompanying prospectus. Acceptance of terms does not guarantee selection into the exhibition.
