Hosted by the Levelland Breakfast Rotary Club in partnership with the Wallace Theater, Levelland’s Got Talent, is a judged talent contest that will showcase the community’s and area’s amazing talent. Proceeds from this event will be used to fund scholarships for area youth to attend South Plains College.

Time: Show starts at 7:30 p.m.

Location: The Wallace Theater, 823 Houston St., Levelland, Texas

Deadline for Submission, including audition video: September 18, 2026

Entry Fee: $25 payable if selected to perform

Prizes: First Place - $250; Second Place - $150; Third Place - $100

RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Contestants must complete and submit an official entry form and audition video of their act before the September 18, 2026 deadline.

2.All performances must be suitable for a family audience. Material containing excessive profanity, nudity, hate speech, or illegal activity is prohibited.

3. Individual or group acts are permitted.

4. Performances may not exceed five (5) minutes unless otherwise approved by event organizers.

5. Contestants are responsible for providing any special equipment or props not previously approved by the event organizers.

6. Recorded music must be submitted in a format designated by event organizers no later than the specified deadline.

7. The Levelland Breakfast Rotary Club reserves the right to disqualify any contestant whose conduct is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inconsistent with the spirit of the event.

8. Contestants agree to follow all instructions from event staff and venue personnel.

9. Judging criteria may include, but is not limited to: talent/skills, originality, stage presence, audience engagement, overall entertainment value.

10. Judges' decisions are final.

11. Contestants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign all required documents.

12. The event organizers reserve the right to modify rules, schedules, and performance order as necessary.
Audition Video Submission

Please read carefully below.
1. All contestants and acts will be pre-screened by the event organizers through the submission of an audition video.

2. Contestants must submit a two-minute excerpt of their act by the entry deadline.

3.What you submit to the event organizers must be the act you will perform. Contestants who substantially change their act from what is submitted will be disqualified.

4. Due to time limitations, not all contestants/acts may be selected to perform the night of the show.

5. To submit your audition video, send a link to a Drop Box account, YouTube channel or Google Drive where you have placed your audition video to this email address: levellandrotaryflags@gmail.com.

6. Contestants selected to perform at Levelland’s Got Talent will be notified within 10 days of the event.

7.If selected, the contestant agrees to pay a $25 entry fee.

By signing and submitting this entry form, I grant the Levelland Breakfast Rotary Club and its representatives permission to photograph, audio record, and video record my participation in this event. I further grant permission for my name, likeness, voice, performance, and biographical information to be used for promotional, advertising, educational, fundraising, or publicity purposes without additional compensation.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT

In consideration of being allowed to participate in Levelland's Got Talent, I acknowledge and agree as follows:
1. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in this event, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss.

2. I agree to conduct myself in a safe and responsible manner and to comply with all applicable laws, venue rules, and event instructions.

3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the Levelland Breakfast Rotary Club, the Wallace Theater, sponsors, volunteers, judges, officers, directors, agents, employees, and affiliated organizations from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from or related to my participation in the event.

4. I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Levelland Breakfast Rotary Club, the Wallace Theater, sponsors, volunteers, judges, officers, directors, agents, employees, and affiliated organizations from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of: my actions or omissions; my violation of these rules; any injury, loss, or damage caused by my participation; any claim involving materials, music, performances, props, or equipment provided by me.

5. I certify that I have the legal authority to enter this agreement and that the information provided on this form is true and accurate.
