All cakes filled out for this form are for donation only, recipients must not be the person filling out this form or be related. This is my way of wanting to give back to my community through my business so I ask that all recipients be people that would not receive a birthday cake otherwise. All donation cakes are posted as regular cakes like normal orders and no recipients name/personal details will be posted. Please fill out all questions to ensure the best results! All final designs are up to my discretion. You are responsible for pickup cake as this is considered a gift from you donated by Bakedbites! Tips are accepted to contribute to all donation cake supplies. All cakes will be 6” 3 layer round cakes or 6” 3 layer heart cakes.
