Letterboxing - Help promote the event by delivering flyers to local homes, businesses, and community spaces in the weeks leading up to the market. This role is a great way to support the event and spread the word throughout the neighbourhood.

BBQ stall - Assist with running the BBQ stall by cooking and serving food, taking payments, and providing friendly customer service. This role is ideal for volunteers who enjoy working in a team environment.

Assisting with Set-up/pack-down - Help prepare the market site before the event or assist with packing up afterwards. Tasks may include setting up tables, chairs, marquees, signage, and equipment, as well as ensuring the site is left clean and tidy.

Welcoming/greeting people & Wayfinding - Be a friendly face at the event by welcoming attendees, answering questions, and helping people find stalls, activities, amenities, and key event locations.

RNC welcome stall - Represent RNC at our welcome stall by chatting with community members, sharing information about our programs and services, selling RNC merchandise, and helping manage the event raffle.

Preparing ready-made Cookie/Brownie Jars - Support fundraising efforts by helping assemble ready-made cookie/brownie jars in the week leading up to the event. Tasks include measuring ingredients, packing jars, labelling, and preparing them for sale.

Photographer/Videographer - Capture photos and videos of the event, including activities, performances, volunteers, and community interactions. The content will help celebrate the event and promote future Richmond Neighbourhood Centre activities.
