All prices are in Australian Dollars and all Australian orders will be charged with GST. All goods remain the property of Affirmations Publishing House until full payment is made. All goods are sold as firm sale.
PAYMENT
You can easily pay online. Log in, scroll down and you will see the order sitting there ready to be paid. If you're not sure about your login details just give us a call.
Alternatively, call us with your credit card details. If you like we can store your card details via eWay or our CommBank facility BPOINT. You can also authorise us to automatically take payment on your stores card for each order, just let us know. Please note, a card surcharge does apply for payments over the phone or online.

If you use our online shopping cart, price rounding should be expected. The total calculation is correct, and all rounding is calculated upon checkout. Individual product pricing may vary, but the total is accurate.
CREDIT
Credit terms are available upon application and subject to satisfactory trading conduct with us, and the completion of appropriate credit and trade reference checks as required as part of the Credit Application process. Customers who do not meet these criteria will be required to pay their account before the goods are dispatched.
ORDERS
Your first order comes with a 100% money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the sales performance of our products, you can return them within 90 days. All opening orders are on a pro-forma basis to be paid before dispatch.
Prepaid orders receive a 5% discount on order.
Minimum opening orders $500.00 + GST. Minimum refill orders $300.00 + GST.
As a goodwill gesture and to support the success of our trading relationship we may exchange products with new designs at our discretion.
FREIGHT - AUSTRALIA
The minimum freight charge is $25 + GST. Your freight costs are calculated by product weight and distance travelled.
FREIGHT - INTERNATIONAL
Freight charges are subject to the dimensions and shipping address of your order, please contact our sales team at sales@affirmations.com.au for a quote. Your order will be sent via Airmail. Allow at least 10-21 working days for delivery.
Please note that Australia Post is experiencing international delivery delays. Australia Post is working with partner airlines and other postal operators to move items as quickly as possible, where possible. However, due to the ever-changing situation, delays or cancellations may occur in all destination countries. Please check with your destination country in relation to whether signature on delivery is still being performed.
CLAIMS AND RETURNS
We are very particular about maintaining the highest standards of quality across our merchandise. However, if goods arrive damaged, claims must be made within 7 days.
If you are not satisfied with the sales performance of our products, you can return them within 90 days.
Returns need to be authorised by your sales representative or Affirmations where you will then be notified on how to return stock. Please reach out to your sales representative or Customer Happiness Team to make your claim.
