Designed to keep your frozen treats at the proper serving temperature, our portable freezer gives you the flexibility to enjoy delicious ice cream without the hassle.

It’s a simple, convenient option for adding a sweet touch to your event while keeping everything cold, organized, and ready to serve.

Booking Requirements
Minimum Order
The minimum booking is $300, based on 60 guests.

Advance Booking
Please place your order at least 3 business days before your event to ensure availability and secure your booking.

Booking Agreement

Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your order, you may do so without penalty up to two weeks prior to your scheduled event date.

If your booking is made with less than one week's notice, the order will be non-refundable. However, a store credit may be provided if you provide at least one week's notice of a cancellation or event date change.

Equipment Rental Agreement

Return of Equipment

At the end of the agreed rental period, the Renter must promptly return the Portable Freezer and all included accessories to Ice Cream Lab.

The Portable Freezer and all accessories must be returned clean, in proper working condition, and in the same condition in which they were provided, except for reasonable wear and tear.

Any damage to the Portable Freezer or its accessories beyond normal wear and tear—including the removal of attachments, advertisements, or any accessories added to the equipment after the rental start date—will be assessed by Ice Cream Lab. At the sole discretion of Ice Cream Lab, any necessary repairs or replacements will be completed at the Renter's sole cost and expense.

The Renter agrees to reimburse Ice Cream Lab for all reasonable costs and expenses associated with such repairs or replacements upon request.

Failure to Return Equipment

If the Portable Freezer or any of its accessories are not returned to Kelowna Ice Cream Lab LTD. by the end of the agreed rental period, the Renter will be considered to have purchased the equipment.

In such circumstances, the Renter will be responsible for payment equivalent to the full replacement cost of the Portable Freezer and its accessories, as determined by Kelowna Ice Cream Lab LTD.

Credit Card Authorization Agreement
By submitting this agreement, I, the Renter, authorize Ice Cream Lab LTD. to charge the credit card provided for the rental in the event that the Portable Freezer or any of its accessories are damaged, lost, or stolen while in my care, custody, or possession.

I understand and agree that my credit card may be charged for any applicable repair, replacement, or other costs resulting from damage, loss, or theft of the rented equipment.
