1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in dance and physical activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, sprains, falls, collisions, or other injuries.
I knowingly and voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks associated with the dance activities.
2. Release, Waiver, Indemnification & Hold Harmless Agreement
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Hong Dance School, its owners, directors, instructors, employees, assistants, volunteers, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, actions, or causes of action, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to the public class dance activities.
I further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hong Dance School and its representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to the public class activities, except to the extent such claims result from the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Hong Dance School.
3. I understand that space is limited in the public classes, and enrollment in any public class is subject to the school’s discretion. 我了解公开课名额有限，是否能够参加公开课将由学校根据实际情况决定。
