                                                                                                                                                                                    • The licence to operate Lytham Performing Arts Festival is issued by Lancashire County Council. A condition of this licence is that all children 16 years and under must be accompanied by either a parent or legal guardian whilst travelling to and taking part in the Festival. 

                                                                                                                                                                                      We are members of The British and International Federation of Festivals (the Federation) and we have adopted their Child Protection Policy which has been drafted using NSPCC guidance.

                                                                                                                                                                                      Declaration to be signed by either:  an adult entrant, or by a parent or guardian of a child entrant 18 and under.

                                                                                                                                                                                      1.        I agree that to meet licencing requirements my child/children aged 16 years and under will be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

                                                                                                                                                                                      2.        I agree that to meet the terms of the Federation’s Child Protection Policy my child/children aged between 16 and 18 years of age whilst travelling to and taking part in our Festival will be under the care of a parent/ legal guardian or responsible adult.

                                                                                                                                                                                      3.        Where relevant, I consent to my personal data and that of my children to be used for any legitimate purpose regarding organising and operating the Festival. 

                                                                                                                                                                                      4.        I agree to adhere to the rules as stated on the Festival website and in the Programme.
