  • We are thrilled that God has guided you to be a host to international students in your home this coming semester! Use this form to submit your request to be a host.  

    Please mark these dates on your calendar before proceeding:

    Orientation (required for new hosts and open to any host, choose one):
    Saturday, August 29, 2:00pm-3:30pm at Blacknall Presbyterian Church

    Tuesday, September 1, Virtual, 7:00pm-8:30pm


    Kickoff:

    Saturday, September 12, 3:30pm - 6:00pm location at Blacknall Presbyterian Church

    Meals*:
    Meal 1 Weekend of Sept 25-27
    Meal 2 Weekend of Oct 23-25
    Meal 3 Weekend of Nov 13-15

    *We believe these dates are best for students based on the academic and athletic calendars.  We are asking the students to mark these dates on their calendars and to commit to these days as well.   • Transportation

    Please understand that if your home is a 30+ minute drive for students it will be difficult for students to commit to coming to your home. We will try our hardest to find students for your home, but your flexibility and understanding will be helpful. 

  • If needed, are you willing to help transport your students either to or from your home?*

  • Because of the nature of ministry and our relationship with Duke, we want to protect the students we interact with by screening our volunteers. We have requirements for all volunteers that work with our ministry.
