  • Format: (000) 000-0000.
  • Do you currently have any pets?*
  • Do you have a color preference?
  • Would you consider a puppy of another color or sex if your preference is not available?
  • Do you have a fenced yard?*
  • What activity level are you comfortable with in a dog?
  • Do you plan toparticipate in any of the following activities with your English Springer Spaniel?Check all that apply:
  • If you are not planning on showing or breeding, would you be willing to have your pet spayed or neutered no sooner than two years of age?
  • If you are not planning on breeding or showing, but we determine that your pet would be valuable to our breeding program, would you consider allowing us to show and/or breed your dog under our supervision and at our expense?
  • All of our puppies are microchipped and sold on a co-ownership contract to ensure that our puppies never end up homeless or in a shelter. We require that we remain as a contact on the microchip registration. We require our puppies to be returned to us if there is ever any reason you can no longer keep them. Is that a problem?
  • As we spend the first many weeks of our puppies lives socializing and training them, we are in a unique position to help determine which puppy is right for you based upon your circumstances and preferences. While we try to honor sex and color choices, ultimately, we decide which puppy’s personality will be the best fit for your family. Do you agree to allow us to make that decision?
  • Are all members of your household comfortable in the presence of a puppy that could nip, jump, and chew during its training stages?
  • Are you comfortable owning a breed of dog that sheds moderately?
  • Are you comfortable owning a breed of dog that requires regular grooming?
  • In order to monitor the health of our breeding program we perform regular health screens, and ask our puppy buyers to do the same so we get a full picture of the health of the animals we are producing. Are you willing to do health testing periodically throughout your dog’s life? (i.e. CAER eye checks, OFA hip/elbow checks, genetic testing, etc.)
  • Are you interested in being contacted about rescued English Springer Spaniels or older dogs needing placement if we should come across a dog we feel would suit your family? Please check all of the following you would consider:
  • Do you own or rent your home?
  • Type of dwelling?
  • If you are renting or staying with others, do you have permission to own a dog on the property?
  • Where will this dog spend time during day (check all that apply):
  • Please understand that we do not have puppies available at all times, and there may be a wait. We also do not produce enough puppies to sell one to every person who contacts us. We sometimes have to say no to potential buyers, not because we do not think they would provide a great home, but because we strive to place our puppies in homes they will be most likely to do well in. This can sometimes depend on the puppy's personality, the needs or wants of the family, the number of puppies available, and other factors we must consider when placing the limited number of puppies we produce. We are happy to provide references to other responsible breeders if we are unable to sell you a puppy and ask for your understanding if we are unable to place a puppy in your home.
