  • Fall Session
    September 8, 2026 - October 28, 2026
    Monday - Thursday

WRED OST - Please refer here for all of your OST needs!

This year, we are delighted to welcome students to our program. Our commitment is to provide enjoyable, educational, and engaging activities for all participants. In order to maintain a safe and enriching environment, we kindly request that interested students commit to attending the entire duration of our program. This entails being present for the full program without arriving late or leaving early due to other scheduled activities such as sports practices or private lessons. This policy is essential to ensure the safety and accountability of all students attending. Additionally, to uphold a secure environment, we kindly ask that you enroll your child in the school they are currently attending. We emphasize the importance of commitment from both children and families, requiring full participation throughout the program's duration. Dismissal will occur during the final 15 minutes of the program, and we request that you collect your child promptly at that time. If there is a scheduled medical appointment that necessitates early pick-up, please communicate this with the Site Coordinator in advance. Furthermore, we take pride in offering an exceptional program tailored to our students' needs. We value your input and are committed to continuously improving our program. We look forward to working collaboratively with you to create a rewarding and enriching experience for all our students.

To ensure that every student benfits from OST we ask that you sign up for days that you know your child will be attending and not any additional days. Our team works hard to plan engaging activities based on the number of students registered each day.

While we understand that plans can change, if this does happen please reach out so that we can adjust your days. This helps us allocate resources effectively and ensure a great experience for all students.

Thank you for your support in helping us maximize engagement during afterschool.

Lastly, it is VERY IMPORTANT that if your child is going to miss a day at afterschool you notify the correct people in order for us to ensure your child is safe and where they are supposed to be.  Please follow the following protocols for each school.
